San Diego: an easy run down the 5, no travel fee attached.

Convention corridor, Gaslamp hotel rooftops, Torrey Pines biotech campuses — San Diego dates leave our shop before sunrise and stitch by mid-morning.

San Diego rewards vendors who respect its two calendars: the convention center's, which books the city solid in waves, and everyone else's, which has to schedule around those waves. We watch both. If your program lands on a big-show week, we'll flag the hotel-dock congestion before it costs you a load-in slot — and if it lands on a quiet week, you'll get the pick of the mezzanines.

Outdoor live customization activation set up on level ground with canopy coverage

What we run here: convention-adjacent residencies in the Gaslamp and Marina hotel stacks, corporate days on the biotech and research campuses up the Torrey Pines mesa, resort programs from Coronado to Del Mar, and outdoor brand activations where the marine layer is a feature — our canopy brief (level ground, staked corners, power within 50 feet) was practically written for Embarcadero lawns.

The full station spec applies unchanged: ten-by-ten, one 15-amp outlet, passenger-elevator-friendly cases. San Diego County carries no travel fee, and morning load-ins are our default — the drive down is easier than most of our LA crosstown runs.

University bookstores and athletic departments here are also building recurring calendars with us. If yours should be one of them, start with your first date.
